For those on a tight budget, you can find the best grills under $300 from household names like Char-Broil and KitchenAid.

BTW, the only reason I did not give this grill 5 stars is because I didn't shop around thoroughly.

There are many grill available from the Napoleon company and it would take us years to review all of them.

Napoleon Grills Finland

Engineered performance and masterful design is but half of what the Prestige PRO Series is all about. Napoleon® , a two generation family owned Canadian company, has been providing home products for over 38 years, committed to designing and manufacturing only the finest high efficiency grills, fireplaces and outdoor living products you can depend on. Proudly backed by the President's Limited Lifetime Warranty and all grills in this brochure are proudly made in Canada at the factory in Barrie, Ontario.

Char-Broil is one of the top-selling brands, and has a wide product range that includes innovative features and a hybrid grill that allows you to cook with charcoal and gas. The Post Mount screws to your deck, or dock, providing a stable and permanent surface to set your Marine Grill. With its cast-iron grates and four burners, this patio grill performs remarkably well for nearly half the price of our two top-ranked grills. Based on design and features alone, you'd be forgiven for thinking the Broil King Regal 490 Pro was indeed a gas grill fit for royalty.

While charcoal has its allure, a good outdoor gas grill allows you to get cooking faster and more efficiently, without the messy cleanup. With 450 square inches of primary cooking surface and 44,000 BTUs from the main burner, heat flux is a hefty 98 - providing all the heat transfer needed for superb searing results. Coleman conjures up images of camping, but they also make gas grills for the patio for $400 to $600.

Napoleon Grills Malta

This is a basic, relatively expensive gas grill similar in many ways to the Weber Genesis. That rear grill hood prevents heat loss in the grill by protecting the food and burners from the elements. The remainder appears to be ferritic stainless, which is going to corrode at grill temperatures, but it should be limited to a thin layer on the surface and should not disintegrate the way mild steel grills do. Unless you're prepared to spend several thousand dollars on a stainless grill, this is to be expected. These grills are small and compact, while still giving you the efficiency you can expect from a professional barbecue such as a Napoleon. In addition to selecting a grill based on budget and size, here's what you need to know.

The Prestige is another favorite with shoppers who give it top-notch grades for the high quality of materials, outstanding grill performance on all burners, and exceptional versatility. You'll need to get in touch with a Napoleon dealer near you to check this one out; it's sold at independent hearth and patio retailers. With gas grills, you have the option to use two different fuel types, liquid propane (LP) or natural gas (NG).

A few owners report using the grill over several years - and often in chilly northern regions like New York, New England and Quebec that experience extreme wintery conditions - without any loss of performance or deterioration. It took one person 90 minutes to put the Rogue 425 together, which was a little quicker than other grills. This Weber bbq has 9mm heavy duty style steal grilling rod, while at the same price range Napoleon has only 7mm.

The grill surface heated more evenly than any of my previous grills, largely because of the thick, wide stainless steel sear plates over the burners. But the charcoal is easy to light: all you have to do is remove one of the deflector plates and fire up the gas burner under it, and it is great for searing. Thinner metal also bends more easily, and the side shelves made from a thinner gauge of steel felt flimsy and made us nervous when we moved the grills around the testing area. As mentioned above, two-zone cooking is an essential technique for many barbecue recipes, and this good-sized grill makes it easy to set up distinct direct and indirect heat zones. I am presently torn between buying a Napoleon AS200K for slow cooking OR the Napoleon PRo22 - leg.

Weber is a simpler design, just four plain ole gas burners (one sear)…the Napoleon has a fancy infrared ceramic searing side burner, a rear rotisserie burner and four regular burners. If I remember correctly Napoleon only installes 9mm rods on bbqs above the 2000$ ranges. This is the worst natural gas grill I have ever had - constant flair ups and hot spots even when the grill is at 300 degrees or less!! Otherwise you'll be arguing with customer service and rebuilding your grill every 3 months. The rotisserie bar sits nice and high above the grill grates, so there's no need to remove the grates for most purposes.

Burt with many models that come with many of the same features we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to find the Napoleon gas grill review you are looking for. Another factor to consider when shopping for your next grill is what kinds of foods you plan on cooking. This enabled us to cook juicier steaks and chicken on a medium setting, while we had to keep the grills with thinner construction or weaker heat displacement designs on high just to maintain a consistent temperature with the lid closed. I don't recommend anyone to by a Napoleon Product if you're wise stay clear”!!!

At $700, the Genesis E-310 is the most affordable mid-range gas grill in Weber's line-up. If the grill you have your eye on doesn't fit in your budget, you could do far worse than a Char-Broil Advantage At just half the price of an entry-level Weber Spirit E-310, the Advantage four-burner gas grill still has all the same basic features. For the charcoal purist who wants outdoor kitchen quality, the Napoleon Professional Charcoal Grill features a stunning 304 stainless steel body and a versatile 854 square inches of total cooking space.

The Napoleon Rogue 425 shown is easy to assemble and features a sleek stainless steel lid and door with integrated storage. As we tested the grills in our lineup, we discovered that the best grills cook evenly, retain heat well and are easy to clean. Napoleon offers Patented WAVE rod cooking grids for those Napoleon trademarked sear lines, patented self-cleaning sear plates for reduced flare-ups, and Durable 16-Gauge burners for controlled, even heat. I must say that in looking at the Napoleon vs Weber, and being in Canada, the Napoleon product seemed to represent a lot more value - as I understand it. Weber has to pay duties/tariffs to bring grills to Canada, and I think it shows in the overall features and quality of the grill.
