The porcelain coated cast iron cooking surface can handle anything one lay down. To comprehensive your grilling set-up add the BBQ covering or cast iron griddle for anything from pizza to eggs! The gas conversion kit package lets one easily switch from natural gas to liquid propane and vice-versa.
