Coming with its smoke generator, the Original Bradley Smoker is a smokehouse that can be utilized as a hot smoker or a low temperature smoker. As such it has a ton of uses containing drying fruit, slow roasting, utlilize as a slow cooker, or smoking meat. The Bradley flavor bisquettes deliver the most flavor feasible by only burning each for 20 minutes. This permits for the clean and flavorful smoke that is produced in the first few minutes to be exposed to the meat reducing any aftertaste of long burning wood chips. The size of a small fridge, the Bradley Smoker is light enough to be transported and because it automatically produces smoke it does not require to be constantly tended to letting one enjoy friends and family.
